Steps to add tag to organize your journal entry.

Use tags to categorize and organize your journal entries. An entry can contain multiple tags. To add tag in an entry:
Android
Open the editor, tap the tag icon in the app bar (left of the calendar icon) to reveal the tag manager. Input a new tag or search for existing tags. Tap the tick button.
iOS and Mac Catalyst
Open the editor and tap the tag icon to reveal the tag manager. Input new tag or search for existing tag. Tap Done.
Journey Desktop (Mac, Windows and Linux)
Open the editor and tap the tag icon to reveal the tag manager. Input new tag or search for existing tag.
Web
Click on Add Tag and input a new or existing tag and hit the Enter or Return key to add your tag.
Symbols, delimiters (underscore or dash) and whitespaces are not allowed in tag.
