Sort Entries By Date

Learn how to sort and show journal entries by creation date or last modified date.

By default, entries are displayed in chronological order with the most recent at the top in the Journey View. You can adjust this view according to your preferences:

Chronological Order: Select either ascending or descending order based on entry dates.

Last Modified: Sort entries by the last modification date in either ascending or descending order.

These options are available for Journey Cloud Sync users across all platforms. For those syncing with Google Drive in the web app, entries are sorted only by the last modified date. To sort by chronological order in Google Drive, please use the Journey mobile or desktop app.
