Steps to cloud print journal entries to PDF.

Cloud Print to PDF turns your digital journals into beautiful PDF. Cloud Print is only supported for Journey Cloud Sync. For Google Drive, please use Export to PDF.

Some of the features supported in Cloud Print are:

Title
Built-in-print templates
Select period of printing
Filter by tags
Paper size options (A4, Letter, A3, and more)
Orientation Choices (i.e. landscape or portrait layout)
Page numbering

Android

Go to Settings > Data & Cloud services > select a Journey Cloud Sync drive > Cloud Print.

iOS

Go to Preferences > Data & Cloud services > select a Journey Cloud Sync drive > Cloud Print.

Journey Desktop (Mac, Windows & Linux)

Go to Settings > Data & Cloud services > select a Journey Cloud Sync drive > Cloud Print.

Mac Catalyst

Go to Preferences > Data & Cloud services > select a Journey Cloud Sync drive > Cloud Print.

Web

Go to Settings > Cloud > select a Journey Cloud Sync drive > Cloud Print.

If you are using encrypted Journey Cloud Sync drive, you’ll need to input your passphrase to decrypt entries in the backend for printing. The passphrase will be immediately removed once the print job is complete, ensuring your data remains protected at all times.

Print quota for Membership and Signature are 1000 entries per month and 2000 entries per month, respectively.
