Recover Or Reset Your Forgotten/Lost Password
If you lost or forgot your passcode and unable to unlock the Journey app passcode page, please follow the steps below. Do note that passcode is not the same as the passphrase for encrypted Journey Cloud Sync drive.
Android and iOS
Reinstall (or clear app data and cache) the application to reset your passcode.
Warning: Reinstalling the app will clear any unsynced entries!
Journey Desktop (Mac, Windows & Linux)
Reinstall (or clear app data and cache) the application to reset your passcode.
Warning: Reinstalling the app will clear any unsynced entries!
Mac Catalyst
Open your Finder application.
From the menu bar, tap on
Go
> Select theGo to Folder
option.Copy and paste the following link:
~/Library/Containers/com.journey.ios.app
into the Search bar.Press
Go
.Delete the entire Journey folder.
Restart your computer.
Launch and login to Journey again.
Set-up a new password!
Prior to following the steps provided above, please ensure that your journal has been synchronized with your cloud service. To synchronize your journal with your cloud service, please kindly tap on the Sync icon.

Forgot Passcode?
.An email will be sent to your account.
Open the link in the email to reset the passcode.
