Shared Journal in Journey Cloud Sync
In Journey Cloud Sync, you can allow small groups, friends and family members to collaborate on a single shared journal. Some of the features that are available for to the members of the shared journal:
Create, open & edit journal entries
Import journal entries
Manage tags
Email services
Zapier automation
Please note that this feature is not compatible with Google Drive sync.
Enable Shared Journal
Android
Go to Settings > Data & Cloud Services > select a Journey Cloud Sync
Go to Shared Journal
Select Invite to Shared Journal
A invite token will be generated. Tap to copy the token to clipboard
Send the invite token to the members
iOS
Go to Settings > Data & Cloud Services > select a Journey Cloud Sync
Go to Shared Journal
Select Invite to Shared Journal
A invite token will be generated. Tap to copy the token to clipboard
Send the invite token to the members
Mac Catalyst
Go to Preferences > Data & Cloud Services > select a Journey Cloud Sync
Go to Shared Journal
Select Invite to Shared Journal
A invite token will be generated. Tap to copy the token to clipboard
Send the invite token to the members

Go to Settings > Data > select a Journey Cloud Sync
Go to Shared Journal
Select Invite to Shared Journal
A invite token will be generated. Tap to copy the token to clipboard
Send the invite token to the members
Web
Go to Settings > Cloud > select a Journey Cloud Sync
Go to Shared Journal
Select Invite to Shared Journal
A invite token will be generated. Tap to copy the token to clipboard
Send the invite token to the members
The invite token will be refreshed every 10 minutes.
Join a Shared Journal
Android
Go to Settings > Data & Cloud Services > Add a new cloud service
Select Add Invitation Code
Paste the Invitation code sent by the owner
Press Join
iOS
Go to Settings > Data & Cloud Services > Add a new cloud service
Select Add Invitation Code
Paste the Invitation code sent by the owner
Press Join
Mac Catalyst
Go to Preferences > Data & Cloud Services > Add a new cloud service
Select Add Invitation Code
Paste the Invitation code sent by the owner
Press Join
Journey Desktop (Mac, Windows and Linux)
Go to Settings > Data > Add a new cloud service
Select Add Invitation Code
Paste the Invitation code sent by the owner
Press Join
Web
Go to Settings > Cloud > Add a new cloud service
Select Add Invitation Code
Paste the Invitation code sent by the owner
Press Join
The shared journal will be added to your Journey account once it is successful.
Exit a Shared Journal
Android
Go to Settings > Data & Cloud Services > select a shared Journey Cloud Sync
Go to Shared Journal
Find your account > press ⛔️ to exit
iOS
Go to Settings > Data & Cloud Services > select a shared Journey Cloud Sync
Go to Shared Journal
Find your account > press ⛔️ to exit
Mac Catalyst

Remove a Member
Please note that only the journal’s owner has the authority to remove a member.
