Sync Codes on Android

A list of sync error codes displayed on Android.

During the sync process, ensure the app remains open and there is a stable Wi-Fi connection. To check for a sync code, tap your profile picture > Cloud Services > tap your Cloud account. Under "Last Sync Status," you should see either the last sync date and time or “Unsuccessful” with an error code. Alternatively, go to Journey's Main Screen and tap the Cloud icon. Additionally, check if your entries are already synced in the cloud via our website at Journey.Cloud.
