Configure Email Reminder

Receive a daily journaling reminder in your email inbox. You can reply to the email to create a new entry. This is how an email reminder will look like:

Android, iOS and Mac Catalyst

To configure email reminders, go to Settings > Data & Cloud Services > select a cloud service > tap or click on E-mail Services.

To enable the sending of email reminders, please set your preferred time; you will receive an email at this time everyday. You can also configure the recipient's email address in the E-mail Address field.

Journey Desktop (Mac, Windows & Linux)
