Attach and Delete Photos, Video & Audio File

Journey supports photo, video and audio attachment(s) in an entry. Additionally, there is no limit to the total media files that can be stored in the journal as long as there is sufficient space in your device and cloud storage.

For an entry in Journey Cloud Sync, you can add up to 20 media files per entry:

• Photos (.png, .jpg, .bmp)

• Animated image (.gif)

• Video up to 200MB (.mp4)

• Audio (.mp3, up to 10 minutes)

For an entry in Google Drive, you can add up to 20 media files per entry:

• Photos (.png, .jpg, .bmp) or,

• Animated image (.gif) or,

• Video up to 200MB (.mp4) or,

• Audio file (.mp3, up to 10 minutes)

Android

To add a media file from third party apps, open the editor > tap the media icon > File.

To add multiple media files at once, open the editor > tap the media icon > Gallery.

To delete a media file, edit an entry > tap the media icon > tap the remove icon.

iOS

To add a media file, open the editor > tap the media icon > + > Photo Library.

To add multiple media files at once, open the editor > tap the media icon > Gallery.

To delete a media file, edit an entry > tap the media icon > tap the remove icon.

Journey (Mac, Windows and Linux)

To add a media file, go to editor > click the media icon.

To delete a media file, edit an entry >click the media icon > click the remove icon.

Mac Catalyst

To add a media file, open the editor > tap the media icon > Select + > Photo Library.

To select a media file, open the editor > tap the media icon > Select + > Select Media.

To delete a media file, edit an entry > tap the media icon > tap the remove icon.

Web

Go to Journey.Cloud > click + New > click Attachment (media icon) > Import file > Select your files > Ok to add a photo / video.

To delete a media file, edit an entry > View Media > click the media icon > click the remove icon.

For Journey web, the maximum file size that you can add and view is 200MB.
