Set Up Zapier Automations

You can setup automated zap recipes and trigger actions using Zapier. Zapier automation is a Membership feature.

Enable Zapier in Journey

1. Go to Journey.Cloud > Settings > Cloud > Automate. In the Android, iOS & Mac Catalyst app, you can find it in Settings > Data & Cloud Services > select a drive > Automation. In Journey Desktop app, you can find it in Settings > Data > select a drive > Automate.

2. Enable Zapier.

3. Copy the API token to clipboard.

4. Go to your Zapier dashboard > My Apps.

5. In Zapier, search Journey > press Connect.

Now, let's setup Journey in Zapier.

1. Paste the API token into the API key.

2. Once the setup is successful, you can start to create a zap with Journey. Press Make a Zap to create a Zapier recipe.
