Recover Or Reset Your Forgotten/Lost Email Sign-in Password

If you’ve forgotten your Journey account password using email sign-in, you’ll need to reset it. Here’s how:

1. Go to the sign-in page.

2. Enter your email sign-in account.

3. Click “Forgot password.”

4. An email will be sent to you. Open it and input your new password.

5. Once you’ve done that, your password will be reset.
