Verify Your Journey Account After Email Sign-In

Steps to verify your Journey account after signing in with email.

If you create a Journey account using your email, you’ll be asked to verify your account. A verification email from Journey will be sent to you with a link inside. After verifying, return to the Journey app and tap I’ve already verified to complete the process.

If you don’t see the email, please check your junk or spam folder. You can tap I’ve already verified five times to trigger Journey to resend the verification email. In some cases, certain email domains may block our messages. If this happens, please contact our Help Desk for assistance.
