Logout Journey Account

How to log out of my Journey account on the app.

Please ensure that you’ve saved all your entries to a backup zip file or cloud storage. Logging out of your account will delete all entries stored on your device. Entries not synced to the cloud will be lost.

Android

To logout and remove account from mobile device, go to Settings > Data & Cloud Services > Remove Account from Device.

iOS

To logout and remove account from mobile device, go to Preferences > Data & Cloud Services > Remove Account from Device.

Journey Desktop (Mac, Windows, Linux)

To logout and remove the account from desktop, go to Settings > Account > Sign Out & Clear Data.

Mac Catalyst

Select Journey in the menu > Preferences > Data & Cloud Services > Select Remove Account from Device > Ok.
