Setup Passcode Lock

Steps to set up a passcode to lock the Journey app.

To prevent others from accessing the Journey app, set up a passcode. When you open the app, you’ll be prompted to enter the passcode.

Please note that this passcode won’t sync across different platforms. You’ll need to set up the passcode on each device. If you uninstall the app, the passcode will automatically reset.

Android & iOS

Go to Settings/Preferences > Security > Passcode.

Journey Desktop (Mac, Windows & Linux)

Go to Settings > Security > Add Passcode.

Mac Catalyst

Select Journey > Preferences > Security > Set Passcode.

Web

Go to web app > Settings > Security > Set Passcode.
