How to Remove Journey Cloud Sync

To remove a Journey Cloud Sync Drive, please follow the steps below. It is important to note that this process cannot be undone:

Journey Desktop (Mac, Windows and Linux)

1. Go to Settings > Data

2. Select a Journey Cloud Sync you wish to delete

3. Press the 'Delete Drive' button

Web

1. Go to the web app

2. Navigate to the Settings > Cloud

3. Select a Journey Cloud Sync Drive you wish to delete

4. Press the 'Delete Drive' button

Please note that once the Journey Cloud Sync Drive is deleted, this action cannot be reversed.
