Export Apple Journal Entries
To export entries from the Apple Journal app, you can follow these steps:
Open the Settings app on your iPhone.
Scroll down and tap "Apps."
Scroll down and tap "Journal."
Scroll down and tap "Export All Journal Entries." You might be asked to enter your device's passcode.
Tap "Export" and wait for the process to complete. Do not navigate away from the screen until it finishes.
Once the export is ready, the Files app will open to iCloud Drive by default. You can choose where to save the exported ZIP file.
Please switch your iOS system language to English before exporting the entries from Apple Journal app.
Import Apple Journal Entries
Open Journey, go to Settings > Data & Cloud Services > select a cloud service > Import.
Select the ZIP file.
Apple Journal import is only supported by the Journey app on Mac, Windows, and Linux desktop platforms.
