Export Journal Entries to Zip Format

Steps to export single or bulk journal entries to zip.

Android

To bulk export entries, go to Settings > Data & Cloud Services > select a cloud service > Export/Backup.

To export one entry, open an entry in timeline > tap the Share button > Export to ZIP.

When export, the system file picker will be displayed > Tap Menu icon (top left corner) > Select a local storage you wish to export to > Select a folder in the directory and tap Select.

iOS

To bulk export entries, go to Preferences > Data & Cloud Services > select a cloud service > Export/Cloud Backups.

To export one entry, open an entry in timeline > tap the Share button > Export to ZIP.

Journey Desktop (Mac, Windows & Linux)

To bulk export entries, go to Settings > Data & Cloud Services > select a cloud service > Export/Backup.

To export one entry, open an entry in timeline > tap the Share button > Export to ZIP.

Mac Catalyst

To bulk export entries, select Journey in menu bar > Preferences > Data & Cloud Services > select a cloud service > Export/Cloud Backups.

To export one entry, open an entry in timeline > tap the Share button > Export to ZIP.

Web

To bulk export entries, go to web app > settings > cloud > select a Journey Cloud Sync Drive > Backup > New Backup.

Export/backup option is not available for Google Drive sync on web. Please go to the mobile/desktop app to archive journal entries.

To export one entry, open an entry in timeline > tap the Share button > Export to ZIP.
