Share Journal Entries with a Shared Link on Journey Cloud Sync

Creating a shared web link is a convenient way to share your life’s moments stored in the Journey Cloud Sync. Simply select the entries you want to share, and a web link will be generated. This link can be accessed by your friends and family through a web browser, without the need for the Journey app or a Journey account.

Create a Shared Link

Here’s a guide to get you started:

1. Create an entry in Journey Cloud Sync

2. In entry timeline > select the "⋮" icon > "Create a Web Link"

3. Adding a title and description personalizes your shared link

4. Add a passcode (optional)

5. If you wish to add the entry to an already existing shared link, simply select the desired one from your list

6. After pressing "done," a URL will be generated

7. You can share the web link with your friends and family

Google Drive and Journey Cloud Sync (encrypted) do not support shared web links.

What each plan lets you create:

Free Plan: Add up to 2 web links, each with 2 entries.

Membership Plan: Add up to 50 web links, each with up to 30 entries.

Signature Plan: Add up to 100 web links, each with up to 100 entries.

Remove a Shared Link Collection

To remove an existing web link collection,

1. Go to Settings > Cloud > Select the Journey Cloud Sync drive

2. Click on Shared web links

3. Press ⛔

Remove an entry from a Shared Link Collection

1. Open the shared link in web browser

2. Log in to the account of the owner of the shared web link.

3. Press the edit button

4. Press ⛔ to remove the entry from the collection
