To cancel or unsubscribe the auto-renewal of your membership subscription, please follow the steps below. If you are unable to cancel the auto-renewal of your subscription at the moment, please kindly wait for 4 to 5 working days before attempting to cancel the auto-renewal of your subscription again. Please cancel your membership subscription before attempting to delete your Journey account; otherwise, you may encounter an error during the account deletion process.

Android (Play Store)

iOS (App Store)

Chargebee/Stripe (Web store)

  1. Go to Journey.Cloud > Settings > Profile (second button from the left).

  2. Billing > press "Manage Subscription".

    Press "Manage Account" > Select "Membership".

  3. Press "Cancel subscription".

  4. Confirm cancellation.
