Verify & Restore iOS Premium License

Steps to verify and restore the iOS Premium license in Journey iOS.

The iOS Premium license is managed by the App Store. When detected, it should be restored automatically by the App Store. You cannot restore the iOS Premium license on another platform.


Check Purchase History

Verify Purchase

1. Open the Files App.

2. Navigate to Journey Folder: Go to "On My iPhone/iPad". Find and open the "Journey" folder.

3. Locate and Retrieve File: Look for "PurchaseLogs.txt".

4. Tap and hold the file, select "Share", and choose your preferred method to send the file to our support.

Restore Purchase

To restore iOS premium in the app:

  1. Go to Settings > Add-Ons.

  2. Tap "Restore Purchase".

  3. Sign in to Apple ID.

  4. Once done, restart the app.
