Verify Purchase
You can check the status of your Cloud Membership in Journey.Cloud > Settings > Profile. They are: Annual, Monthly & Lifetime.
If your membership status isn't updated correctly, kindly send us your purchase log/order number number to our support team.
iOS, iPad & Mac Catalyst (App Store)
1. Open the Files App.
2. Navigate to Journey Folder: Go to "On My iPhone/iPad". Find and open the "Journey" folder.
3. Locate and Retrieve File: Look for "PurchaseLogs.txt".
4. Tap and hold the file, select "Share", and choose your preferred method to send the file to our support.
Android (Google Play Store)
1. Open the Google Play Store App
2. Tap your profile icon in the top-right corner.
3. View Purchase History: Select "Payments & Subscriptions" > Tap on "Budget & History".
4. Locate the Journey purchase and tap it.
5. Note the GPA ID (e.g., GPA.1234-5678-9012-34567) and send it to our support.
Web & Journey Desktop App (Journey Store)
1. Find the invoice sent to you via email.
2. Look for the order number on the invoice.
3. Use your preferred method to send us the invoice with the order number.
Restore Purchase
Android
Open Journey > Settings > Add-Ons > Restore Purchase.
iOS and Mac Catalyst
Open Journey > Settings > Add-Ons > Restore Purchase.
Journey Desktop (Mac, Windows and Linux)
Open Journey > Add-Ons > Restore Purchase.
Web
The purchase status is automatically retrieved from the cloud.
