Verify & Restore Android Premium License
Restore Purchase
The Android Premium license is managed by the Play Store. When detected, it should be restored automatically by the Play Store. You cannot restore the Android Premium license on another platform.
To restore Android Premium manually, please go to settings > Addons > Restore purchase.
Go to Settings > Add-Ons.
Tap "Restore Purchase".
If Journey fails to detect your Premium license, kindly check if the Google Play Store defaults to the correct Google account. Users with multiple Google accounts in the Google Play Store may experience this issue. The image below shows an example of Google Play Store app. Please check that your profile picture is the correct account before installing Journey.
Please try the following steps to force Google Play Store to default to the correct account:
Uninstall the app on the phone.
Go to the Play Store site in your web browser and find the app.
Make sure you're logged into the website with the right account.
Install the app through the Play Store from a web browser. (Note: Do not install from Google Play Store app)
Select your mobile device and click Install. Wait a minute for the app to install on your device.
Verify Purchase
1. Open the Google Play Store App
2. Tap your profile icon in the top-right corner.
3. View Purchase History: Select "Payments & Subscriptions" > Tap on "Budget & History".
4. Locate the Journey purchase and tap it.
5. Note the GPA ID (e.g., GPA.1234-5678-9012-34567) and send it to our support.
Alternatively, search for emails from Google Play or noreply@google.com and look for the GPA ID in the transaction details section.
Check Purchase History
You can also check the purchase history of your Google account.
Method 1:
Open the Google Play Store app on your Android device.
Go to the Account section in the menu.
Go to Order History.
Method 2:
Go to play.google.com.
Log in with the same Google account you used for your purchases.
Go to Account.
Scroll down to see a list of your orders.
Method 3:
Go to payments.google.com.
Log in with the same Google account you used for your purchases.
Select an entry to see your receipt and the status of this purchase.
